About Nicole
I've spent my career seeing what something could become, then figuring out how to make it happen.
My foundation was built in fashion, designing for brands including Victoria's Secret, J.Crew and DKNY. But my career has taken me far beyond a single discipline.
I've founded and built brands, developed luxury lighting and furniture sold across the U.S. and Canada, and directed immersive events with budgets reaching $500K. My work has earned recognition from Harper's Bazaar UK and the TODAY Show, while my more recent projects have expanded into hospitality brand transformation, business strategy and digital product development.
What connects it all is the way I think. I see the relationship between brand, product, environment, customer experience and business performance—and how bringing those pieces together can create something far more compelling than any one of them alone.
Today, I bring that perspective to creative direction: identifying untapped potential, developing a vision worth believing in, and leading the people and processes that bring it to life.
MY APPROACH >
The best creative work doesn't just look different. It changes what's possible for a business.
I connect brand, product, experience and strategy to find opportunities others might miss—and develop creative ideas that serve a larger purpose.

Selected Work
Reimagining a neighborhood coffee shop as a distinctive destination, then developing its next chapter as The Emblem. From brand positioning and business strategy to interiors and customer experience, every decision was designed to elevate perception and create new opportunities for growth.
Building a luxury design brand from an unconventional idea: transforming overlooked natural materials into sculptural lighting and furniture. I led the journey from product development and brand identity to photography, marketing and sales, earning national and international recognition along the way.

Creating immersive experiences where every detail contributes to a larger vision. From custom environments and installations to large-scale events with budgets reaching $500K, I directed the creative process across design disciplines, production teams and brand storytelling.
Turning a growing cultural conversation about invisible household labor into a digital product. I developed the concept, brand, user experience and working prototype, then partnered with a software engineer to build the backend infrastructure for a larger user base.
